Introduction to Pole Dance

By the end of this series we will have learned a simple routine incorporating the basics of grip and rotation.  We will learn the difference between fixed and static poles.  And we will begin the basic conditioning necessary to confidently interact with the pole.  The Introductory Class must be taken prior to purchasing a punch card for drop in classes.

Drop in Classes

Come on down to the studio for drop in classes!  You must have completed the Introductory Pole class.  Classes are first come first serve.  There are three drop in classes:

Basic classes are comprised mostly of practice on floor spins, non-inversion spins, and simple routines.
Inversion classes are comprised mostly of practice on pole-climbs, forward/rear facing inversions from hand grips and thigh grips, and more complicated routines.
Aerial classes are comprised mostly of practice on any three or two point inversions and routines involving multiple inversions.
