"A lesson with Robert covers not only the mechanics of pole dance, but also the physics behind the movements. Robert explains rotation, momentum, and torque as they act on your body moving around the pole―something you won’t get from other teaches! Pole dance will sculpt your upper body and build fantastic core strength, and Robert’s studio is a great place to learn. Men as well as women are welcome in his classes, which is rare in the pole dance world."
