"Free Movement Zone's pole dancing class is fun and challenging. Over the course of several sessions you can increase your strength and flexibility, as well as come to further understand the variety of ways that you can move your body through space and express yourself creatively. The environment is such that you will feel free to learn at your own pace. The instructor is encouraging and skilled in the arts of both dancing and teaching. Take the class!"
